ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Representative Agent, Office Director with the Krauter Insurance Agency, you will essentially be responsible for the smooth running of the office alongside the agent of record. You will successfully market the products that manage everyday risks to current and potential nuew customers, manage (primarily) initial claims, train new employees as needed. Your proficient knowledge of the insurance products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide advice and sell products to clients.
  • Provide life and disability insurance products.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend investment products.
  • Manage client portfolios and provide ongoing support.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Review and provide property and casualty needs to ensure solid foundation
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Have Property Casualty License & Life and Health License
    • Series 6 and 63 would be a bonus
  • Strong understanding of the role insurance plays in someone's life
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
